Shipping Times:
Please note shipping information before purchase!
The default shipping method at checkout is letter mail which is dispatched with just a stamp to keep the cost down. This standard post does NOT include tracking. If you would prefer a faster, tracked shipment, please select the tracked upgrade at checkout.
Estimated standard shipping times:
Ireland: 1-2 business days
Europe: 1-3 weeks
North America: 1-5 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 1-6 weeks
Rest of the World: 2-6 weeks
Letter mail can sometimes take up to 6 weeks for delivery due to customs and delays. If you are concerned about your package, don't hesitate to pop us an email!
Gift giving?
Sending the package directly to a loved one? Leave a message at the checkout and I will write it on a gift tag and include it in the package. Invoices are not included.
My order hasn't arrived.
All items are handmade and shipped from Ireland. International shipping may take several weeks. If you’re outside of Ireland and your order hasn’t arrived after 6 weeks please get in touch and I will be more than happy to replace your order. In the unlikely event that your order has arrived damaged please send me a photo and I will replace it immediately.
